The ideal candidate will bring hands-on, deep domain expertise across all channels of digital marketing on Website, Performance marketing for Byju's International Business Product: Byju's International Business Designation: Digital Marketing Manager-Performance Marketing Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities : - Create and manage paid ad performance marketing campaigns for NA market across Search (SEM, Amazon PPC), Display, Social &amp; Retargeting networks for BYJUs websites and BYJUs Brand store in Amazon - Develop and identify strategies in paid campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, conversion &amp;engagement in website / Amazon brand store. - Ensure predefined KPIs are met by different optimizing activities including but not limited to changes in bids, budget, targeting, creatives &amp; campaign structure. - Build and run A/B tests across landing pages. - Proactively iterate with new ideas to find new ads, campaigns, messages, audiences that work for each product. - Conceptualize and execute retargeting campaigns for both new (funnel drop offs) and existing customers (engagement, repeat purchase). - Stay updated on industry trends and contemporary practices in all Digital &amp; performance Marketing platforms - Collaborate &amp; work with both internal and external stakeholders for creatives, content, dashboards and product changes Skills: - 4 to 8 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing (eCommerce industry). - Strong hands on experience managing ad networks and Search engine campaigns is a must (Google, SEM, Amazon PPC) - Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics based companies - Thorough understanding and experience of working on website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Moz, WebTrends) - Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving - Experience in managing large scale traffic to website for different countries is added advantage - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment About Byjus: BYJUs is India's largest Ed-tech company and the creator of India's largest K12 learning app which offers highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning programs for students in classes 4-12 (K-12) and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CAT, IAS, GRE and GMAT.
