Job Description: Product: Byju's International Business Designation: Data Analyst - Marketing Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: - Serve as an advocate of our data-driven culture, work closely with Marketing, Product and Business helping them use insights that will direct their efforts towards initiatives with the highest impact - Develop statistical models to drive lean and efficient analysis practices, providing metrics on model performance - Develop & deliver marketing performance analysis and program recommendations for marketing and product leaders - Support the ongoing analysis of business performance required to inform marketing and product development decisions on a day-to-day basis - Design and launch experiments, determine campaign targeting strategies, and develop category-specific KPIs, forecasts, and goals - Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns, categories, and channels - Execute solutions to business problems using data analysis, data mining, forecasting, optimization tools, and machine learning techniques and statistics - Partner closely with our marketing/growth Managers and/or business partners to identify gaps in product offering by conducting comprehensive data analysis, and accelerating the analytics maturity (predictive &amp; prescriptive) in key product areas - Define data to be collected for measuring the success of marketing activities and or business strategies, define KPIs, and work with data engineering on tracking and instrumentation of data. - Effectively use CDP/DMP tools to boost retention and user engagement Skills: - Good experience in a/b testing, segmentation, SQL, Bigquery, statistical tests - Analyze big data using relatively simple tools (SQL, BigQuery), and extra insights and patterns from the data - Hands-on experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Microsoft Power BI - Experience in integration of analytics &amp; marketing automation tools - Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation and journey builder - Hands on experience in LTV, churn, retention, cohort performance, customer segmentation and funnel analysis - Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience in working with Numpy, Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, Anaconda would be a plus About Byju's: BYJU's is India's largest Ed-tech company and the creator of India's largest K12 learning app which offers highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning programs for students in classes 4-12 (K-12) and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CAT, IAS, GRE and GMAT.
