The Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for running the various consumer insight generation programs for the company. She/he will work with the internal teams and external agencies to ensure prompt delivery of the various projects.
- Adept in independently handling all stages in a Market Research Project:
- Design a project (Objective, Research design, Sample design, costing)
- Project Launch
- Questionnaire design
- Presentation preparation and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders within the company
- Team management
- Enable business teams by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new projects that address the company's business needs
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the key stakeholders within Marketing organization
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
- Strong Customer Focus and Proactiveness
- Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
- Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
