The Role: Academic Operations
Location: Bangalore
Days: 6 Days Working (Mon - Sat)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing process & workflows and optimising the resources by creating automation
- Owning various dashboards and creating the Academic process over a system
- User & Role Administration - Leadsquared
- Liaise with various stakeholders and coordinate with them to reach toward project and task completion
- Cross-functional role with multi-scope thinking
- Full ownership of processes, subprocess & features
- Use metrics to monitor product/process/feature performance and manage features to suit current/future needs
- Data Visualization and presentation to/from cross-functional teams
- Keep a close eye on key milestones for all the projects. Look for new avenues to fulfil the requirement.
Requirements:
- Data Analysis, Logical & Critical thinking
- Expertise in MS-Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Platform: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- CRM tools: Leadsqaured
- Expertise and patience to be able to explain analytics to various groups with differing levels of analytics knowledge and acquaintance
- Executive and time management skills to prioritize work in a demanding environment
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long term goals
- Quick learner who can solve problems and is self-motivated
- Should have at least 1-year Experience in process designing (In LeadSquared)
- Keen interest in ed-tech industry
- Should have CRM experience (Leadsquared, etc)
- Good Communication Skills
- Ownership of projects and tasks
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier I B-School or Graduate from IIT or NITs
- Efficient in Written and Verbal Communication
- Highly Skilled in Data Analytics / Modeling
- Team/Stakeholder Management
