Associate Vice President (FP&A) - Business Finance & Strategy

This is a crucial leadership role within Business Finance & Strategy team, who will own financial planning & analysis and business partnership for a vertical at Byju's.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the business in order to convert business strategies, plans, initiatives, etc. into financial plans.

- To develop financial planning models, prepare long-term and short-term business plans, formulate and implement robust budgetary control processes, Financial Reports, and presentations for Management & Investors.

- To understand and provide key insights for variances in actual trends. Ensure alignment on financial performance and drivers of forecasts/results

- Establish the appropriate governance and cadence necessary to provide relevant stakeholders with timely commentary and insights into KPIs and operational results

- Participate and contribute in business planning and review sessions

- Provide various ad-hoc analyses and insights for decision making

Requirements:

- CA / MBA with 7+ years of professional experience in financial planning, business finance roles

- At least 3 years of work experience in a start-up.

- Experience in leading a team of analysts/managers.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Basic understanding of SQL query, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.
