1. Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote our products, generate leads and to ensure the revenue generated through the zone assigned 2. Responsible to set up the processes for monitoring the marketing campaigns of the city and associates on a day to day basis and provide them with direction and guidance 3. Plan the regional BTL activation along with the team and ensure implementation across their zone 4. Ensure on boarding of educational institutions and handle the entire operational activity as per the project requirement 5. You will also work hand-in-hand with our various internal operations, sales, finance and back-end support teams 6. Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures or return-on-investment and profit- loss projections. 7. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on BYJU'S objectives and market characteristics. 8. Generate and compile reports of the team w.r.t. lead generation, sales conversions and revenue generated through it, with the higher management on a weekly basis Build strong customer relationships, collect product and brand feedback and proactively address all consumer needs Desired candidate profile: Knowledge of business and management principles, should be equipped in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources handling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people He/she should be able to plan and implement, analyze, communicate, train & mentor the subordinates Applying logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to the problems Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically Strong hold on the knowledge of excel and CRM tools Excellent communication skills, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality Strong work ethic and discipline Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization Candidates with command over local languages will be preferred Work Locations & timings - 6 day working starting Wednesday to Monday with Tuesday's as weekoff
