Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, test, and execute mobile app & Web marketing campaigns for App Growth and Lead generation
- Manage all digital marketing channels (for consistency) Youtube, Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, Affiliate networks etc..
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Focus on data driven optimization strategies along with regular experiments and A/B test approach
- Leverage Google Analytics, VWO and other tools that aid campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- Take a data-driven approach to evaluate end-to-end customer behavior across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment. Research competition and understand market potentials.
- Work cross-functionally with Tech, Analytics product & Creative teams to solve problems and improve performance of marketing campaigns
Specifically, the candidate should have :
- 2-3 years of experience in running Mobile app marketing campaigns, Web Lead generation campaigns, understanding of Appsflyer
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital performance marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel with A/B tests
- Experience with digital marketing of premium products will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of website & Mobile analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Appsflyer)
- Have excellent understanding of channels like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn for performance marketing along with exposure to other channels.
