Job Description: Product: Byju's International Business Designation: Assistant Manager-Digital Marketing-SEO/ASO Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: - Own the ASO strategy, planning & execution for Byju's App - Drive organic acquisition on the App Store and Google Play, leveraging every channel available to defend/optimize top ranks in stores, rank for more keywords and improve conversion in the stores. - Provide guidelines and recommendations on how to maximize discoverability and conversion rates based on analytics - Conduct ASO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests) and prove their effectiveness. - Follow the impact (downloads, revenue & ratings) of the optimizations implemented for our app - Monitor & report ranks across top keywords, reviews, conversion rate and other metrics across stores on a daily basis - Help keep our pages SEO optimized for mobile users - Recommend changes to website architecture, content strategy, link building, and other factors impacting SEO positions for target keywords - Monitor SEO impact with key metrics - Stay updated on industry trends and contemporary practices in SEO/ASO, and Google/Apple algorithm updates - Collaborate & work with both internal and external stakeholders for creatives, content, dashboards and product changes Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics based companies - Experience with On-page (Keyword planning, Title, Description, etc.) and Off-page activities for PlayStore and AppStore. - Experience with On-page (titles, tags, content, schema, etc.) and Off-page activities for website - Thorough understanding of Developer Console and App related metrics - Understanding and experience of working on paid app-related tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc. - Understanding and experience of working on paid web-related tools such as SEMrush, MOZ, etc. - Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving - Experience in managing large scale traffic to App from different countries is added advantage - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment About Byju's: BYJU's is India's largest Ed-tech company and the creator of India's largest K12 learning app which offers highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning programs for students in classes 4-12 (K-12) and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CAT, IAS, GRE and GMAT.
