- To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the branch

- Complete Ownership of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given center

- To ensure recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met

- To handle branch operations & provide support to all other departments with and related issues

- To handle students' and parents' issues and concerns and give solutions and retain them. Also,to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum results

- To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums asand when required after thorough negotiation with vendors

- To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution

- To ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and working towards the organizational goal. Takes ownership of the Employees' performance and retention

- To update (Verbally and/or written) your Reporting Manager on a routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO

- To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant

- To take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow- up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum

- Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly update

- To maintain accurate records

- Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.

- The incumbent must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization
