Job Role & Responsibilities

1) This profile will be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as:

- Internal Finance team to ensure timely pay-outs to our external vendors as well as contractual resources

- Internal Legal team to ensure compliance in all aspects

- External partners to ensure timely pay-outs and regular interfacing

2) Setting administrative reports and ensure facility management for the Offline Marketing team

3) Coordinating with the Travel Desk and facilitating set up of communication meetings, special events, exhibition and seminars including making arrangements for the travel and accommodation of the employees attending an event

4) Manage pan-India logistics for all the Offline Marketing projects, should be good at handling large scale operations

5) Managing administrative activities to operationalize any Employee engagement activity on the ground

Basic Requirements :

1. Prior experience of 7-8 years in handling large scale operations


2. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Go-getter attitude, ability to work in ambiguity and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

1. Postgraduate, preferably MBA / PGDM in Operations Management

2. Project management certification desirable
