Job Description: Product: Byju's Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with other teams. - Help stakeholder POCs through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings - Ideate and strategize on client brief to deliver the best output which serves the requirement both functionally and aesthetically - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and executives - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to stakeholders needs and objectives - Communicate brief to the content and creative associates in an organized and efficient -manner - Coordinate with other department POCs and coordinate the project pipeline within the team for timely completion - Ensure that timeline negotiations are practical and reasonable - Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Forecast and track team projects. Be at the top of all deadlines and follow-ups - Enhance department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments - Responsible for keeping current stakeholders satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis - Monitor and analyze the estimated duration of completion for each project and set expectations accordingly. - Liaise between the brand marketing studio and other teams. - Diligently compile and report on the progress of daily/weekly/monthly tasks as per assigned timelines - Take initiative and actively organize team engagement activities on a monthly basis Requirements: - 3 -4 +years relevant experience as an account handler in advertising or related field - Proficient at Excel and other project management tools - Team Player - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment - Ability to prioritize among competing tasks - Excellent time and project management skills.
