Job Summary:
Management Trainee will be given on job training in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Financial ERP, monthly MIS preparation, preparation of Annual Financial Statements & Budgeting. After successfully completing training period of 1 year (can vary based on level of understanding) regular placement will be done in F&A.
Job Description:
1. The Management Trainee will be trained on following aspects of finance function through on Job Training:
- AP, AR, GL & FA modules in Oracle Fusion ERP
- Monthly closure of books of accounts and reporting
- Preparation of Monthly Management Report
- Preparation of Annual Budget, analysis budget v/s actual variances and track the impact of corrective actions
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
2. Trainee will be expected to work under respective manager and perform the assigned tasks
3. The person would be assigned a special project in any of the areas mentioned above.
