Job Description :

- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

- As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that all products are delivered to our customers on time and at the best price possible.

- You will be working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible price for products and services.

- Identify and develop new vendors and partnerships to support business growth.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to supply chain operations.

- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

- Develop and maintain supply chain metrics to measure performance.

Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in Textile and Apparel background.

- Strong knowledge of yarn, fabric, and apparel sourcing/procurement both in India as well as across borders.

- Experience in scouting new vendors and establishing partnerships to execute orders.

- Experience in developing new yarn, fabric, and apparel.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
