The strategic growth marketer is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to establish brand, generate demand, and increase sales. The role requires an individual with vision, drive and strong organizational skills; You will work closely with the founders, early customers, and product managers in a fast paced rapidly growing market. What You'll do - - Own demand generation to support revenue objectives - Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to demand generation campaigns, inbound, webinars, digital, and PR - Define, shape and execute a thought leadership strategy - Be the expert on competition and ensure the company knows their relative strengths and weaknesses - Manage relevant agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs - Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and founders to develop and execute go-to-market programs - Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget What You Should Be Prepared For: - You will run marketing during the 0-&gt;1 journey, this will be grueling but satisfying. You will exit this phase as a well rounded marketing leader. - We are creating a new category and marketing will play a big role in our ability to emerge as a leader. Requirement: - 1-3 years of SaaS marketing experience - preferably to enterprise customers - Ability to turn vision into strategy and a marketing plan - Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, and analytical - Experience in using/managing Hubspot or other martech tools About Us BuyerAssist.io is a stealth mode startup based out of San Francisco, USA and Pune, India.
