Recommend and implement new systems, services and methods to grow the business on an ongoing basis  - Lead efforts to better serve customers across all sales channels and to create an optimum customer experience across all sales channels  - Work with internal teams and external vendors to establish, launch and manage product/site/email/app based promotions  - Experience/fluency in use of systems/services/platforms including analytics, dynamic pricing software, CRM, onsite search and mobile marketing platforms  Qualifications :  - Proven, quantifiable, track record of success in leading large-scale E-commerce business units  - Deep knowledge of online Sales & Marketing methods, with specific experience in website design, SEO, SEM, mobile, display, affiliate programs, retargeting and Social Media  - Proven experience in leading an e-commerce teams within a large organization with e-commerce and brick and mortar retail presence  - Demonstrable experience with identifying, implementing and managing new systems/services in an E-commerce environment  - Comfort and experience in working with individuals across all levels of an organization, from entry level to CEO  - Track record of working across all company departments on an ongoing basis  - Able to move effortlessly from strategic to operational/tactical details  - Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously  - Analytics focused, balanced with strategic thinking and decision making abilities  - Fluency in financial reporting including margin analysis, with the ability to make recommendations and decisions based on data as well as based on experience  - Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to define business insights and identify market opportunities  - Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
