Job Description : You will be responsible for gathering, ensuring accuracy, analysing data on all key aspects of the business and offering insights to identify opportunities for higher growth of the business. You shall own and facilitate publishing of reporting dashboards, facilitating review meetings & presentations with various teams. You are strong with numbers, analytical, driven by first principles and excited about the idea of supporting high growth of business through your analysis & recommendations Position Responsibilities : - Tracking performance on business KPIs against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets - Ownership of MIS, Flash/Forecast, Business Plan, Budgeting, Monthly Reviews - Do trend analysis to provide performance insights - Scenario modelling to assess business growth opportunities - Support in building business review frameworks - Gather, analyse and ensure accuracy of data. Partner with teams across departments to ensure accurate and effective reporting & planning - Interact with Technical BI team to get business data in timely manner - Prepare presentations for monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic initiatives of the company Requirements: - Experience: 4 -7 Years - Qualification: CA / MBA Finance from a reputed college - Strong Excel, Presentation & Data Analytics skills - Working Knowledge of SQL, Visualisation Tools is an added advantage - Experience of Telecom, E-com or Retail would be preferred - Ability to work independently and with others
