Regional Sales Manager - CW

- Busy is India's second largest, on-premise ERP & accounting software company, enabling 300,000+ businesses to manage their back-office operations and GST/VAT compliances efficiently. It is a 100% subsidiary of IndiaMART; a $2bn valued, public listed company.

- We are aiming at a $100bn+ market opportunity with a clear focus on helping companies with an integrated application, that works on premise as well as cloud/mobile, and is suitable for both B2B and B2C operations.

- You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by building a solid sales team which appoints and manages channel partners & resellers, who sell our products.

- You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast-growing team.

- Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned region

- New Customer Acquisition

- Active Channel Partners

- Active Resellers

- Sales Per Active Partner / Reseller

- Team Management

Education : B.Tech / BE / MBA / PG

Locations : Gujarat - Ahmedabad & Rajkot, MP - Bhopal / Indore, Maharashtra - Mumbai & Nagpur

Relevant Experience : 4 to 8 years in sales, preferably channel management
