This role involves developing communication strategies, overseeing brand identity across channels, and creating content aligned with company values. This position will play a key role in building a positive brand image, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to overall brand strategy and positioning. You should be result-driven and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management :

- Develop and implement brand strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all communication channels.

- Develop communication plans to effectively convey product updates, promotions, and other relevant information.

- Manage communication channels for maximum impact and Oversee internal and external communications

- Manage public relations activities to enhance the brand's image and increase positive exposure.

Social Media / Influencers:

- Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and Manage compelling content for various social media platforms.

- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.

- Explore and establish brand tie-ups that align with the target audience and brand values.

- Devise and execute viral marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility

- Capitalize on trends and initiate viral campaigns to maximize brand visibility.

Consumer Insights:

- Utilize data to gather insights and make informed decisions for brand strategy.

- Conduct end user research to understand their needs, preferences, and perceptions. to refine communication strategies..

- Podcast: Develop and manage podcast content related to the industry and brand.

Events:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote the brand , engage with stakeholders, and create memorable brand experiences.

- Identify relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.

Skill Sets / Requirements

- Good verbal & written communication skills with a creative mindset

- Ability to develop insights on end user behavior, Industry trends based on data and research

- Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.

- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes

- In-depth knowledge of brand marketing and communication strategies.
