This position will be responsible for Customer Renewal / Upgrade by managing the complete lifecycle of customers (from onboarding to user activation to renewal/upgrade). Since we have a channel network, you will work with partners across India and ensure that our goals are achieved.
You should be results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful servicing engine alongside a fast-growing team
KRA's:
Identify opportunities, build processes, plan & execute for growth of the following :
- Renewal / Upgrade %
- % of Channel Partners Achieving Their Renewal Upgrade Targets
- Cost Per Renewal / Upgrade
- Channel Management & Development
- Build strong relationships with our partners, actively collaborating with their teams to streamline processes and enhance renewal and upsell capabilities
- Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team
- Harness the power of data to identify actionable insights, proactively address customer churn, and capitalize on missed upsell opportunities
- Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member
Skill Sets / Requirements:
- Analytical, process-oriented & data-driven - able to derive insights from data to drive informed decisions
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer needs and behavior
- Good people and process management capabilities
Qualification:
- MBA from an institute of repute
Relevant Experience:
- 5 - 8 years in sales, customer retention / upsell
