Business Analyst
What would you do?
- Meet clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
- Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
- Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
- Translate client requirements into system configuration & custom developments and prepare an achievable delivery schedule.
- Create data migration and integration mappings.
- Mockup web service specifications for integration, completion, and testing.
- Resolve technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other related technologies to CRM.
Technical Skills:- Ability to gather customer requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and meetings.
- Good customer handling skills
- Experience on Asp.net/ C# with knowledge of Web services, SQL & Oracle database
- Understanding of technology framework.
- Experience in BFSI and CRM domain (preferred) You will have a dual role of a technology and business expert and help make decisions that will impact the business.
- Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
- Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.
