CampusKonnect is looking to hire for enthusiastic individuals with Prior Experience in Education space to manage and lead the new vertical.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Vertical Manager to spearhead the development of our Education and Placement division focused on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The program will involve hiring and enrolling students for job readiness program through Industry partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, Creative business skills and a prior experience in empowering students to succeed in their careers. Any previous experience in leading business verticals or managing P&L is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of academic counsellors to effectively promote our BFSI programs and services.

- Engage with colleges, agents, students, and other stakeholders to create awareness and interest in our Banking Services programs.

- Build association with new industry clients to generate new program in the same space

- Develop and implement strategies to attract talented individuals to enroll in our paid courses,

- Plan and execute digital and on-ground mass hiring activities like on-ground events, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with the team to devise and execute multiple strategies aimed at increasing awareness and enrolment in the program.

- Work closely with educational counsellors to convert inquiries into enrolments, ensuring high-quality conversions and adherence to all regulatory compliances.

- Set and achieve business targets, including enrolment numbers, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators.

- Work closely on pre-set targets and outperform expectations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (4-5 years) in a similar role within the education or BFSI industry, with a track record of achieving business targets.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing and enrolment strategies.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and achieving measurable outcomes.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliances related to education and BFSI industry.
