Business Valuation Manager

Job description :

- Build and lead the Financial Research practice. This entails preparing valuation models of US and European companies, auditing existing models, overseeing financial spreading activities, hiring other financial analysts and managing client relations.

Job Role and Skill Requirement :

Mandatory:

- Candidate is from Research Industry

- Candidate is for Capital Market/Investment banking domain

- Company valuation Private companies (Not from equities/shares valuations)

- Candidates from Indian investment banking firm is needed

- Candidates who have good Indian company valuation experience

1. 5+ years of business valuation experience

2. Must have working knowledge of ASC 805 / IFRS 3, ASC 718 / IFRS 2 / IRC 409A

3. High proficiency with option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations

4. Must have familiarity with GAAP and IFRS

5. Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

6. Strong analytical and data gathering skills

7. Good business acumen

Required Candidate profile :

- MBA in Finance / CFA Level 2/3
