Our Hyderabad-based Client is a major player in HR Consulting and Training

- Has multiple man-years of corporate and consulting experience; have designed and delivered many programmes for their customers in diverse domains each in a different stage of business maturity; the majority of their customers have a large and distributed headcount

- Their understanding of learning methods have endeared them to their Clients and their employees

- Training interventions in their client Organizations have yielded demonstrable and consistent improvements in productivity, performance and employee engagement

- Has been rated a - thought leader- in the fraternity

- They work with contemporary tools of predictive analytics to fine-tune their offerings; Training Practice has matured over the years

- They have won multiple Global Awards in recognition of their contribution to Training Practice

- Given multiple business opportunities that the Indian marketplace is offering, our Client is looking to expand their Training Practice; they have mandated us to find a Business Head

- A Professional preferably from Consulting Organizations with a sizable and visible Training Practice; s/he would oversee business development & acquisition, design & delivery, client engagement, cost of service - in short, P&L and growth

- A system thinker-, with strong abilities to intellectually engage with demanding and high-profile stakeholders in customers- Organizations; strong influencing abilities; someone who will take complete charge - not just transactions of training delivery; s/he should have a strong orientation towards - learning-

- Past work experience with large headcount is very critical

Any Graduate; an MBA from at least a Tier 2 B School; 35-to-40 years in age
