 Description - The opportunity to head the entire Solar business for a leading EPC and equipment manufacturing company in the solar market, with responsibility of P&L management for Retail, Rooftop, MMS & Module sales.

Client Details - 

Our client is a leading energy and engineering solutions company in India. Their Businesses include Diesel Gen sets, Solar Generator, Solar EPC, Solar Modules, Solar power Products manufacturing, solar LED street lights, Electrical EPC, Defence, Hospitality and Education.

Description - 

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.


- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


- Keeping a watch on the competitor's strategies through market research and bench marking prices with competitors.


- Conduct competitor's analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.


- Evaluation of sales contracts from technical & financial aspects. Liaise with ministry of new & renewable energy & state renewable agencies for policy updates & future plans.


- Will provide direction to team to execute promotions.


- Representing company in exhibition, trade shows & conferences.


- Build brand focus, ensure maximum brand visibility & capture optimum market shares.


- Will be responsible for developing business in Domestic & International markets.


- Provide direction, motivation & training to the sales & support team, ensuring optimum performance.


- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a team of network of distributors & dealers in domestics & international markets.


- Improving the customer experience and creating a sustainable market presence with focus towards the goal of the organisation


Profile - 

- Problem Solving/ Visible Leadership Skills- can motivate others to achieve.

- Solar EPC/OEM selling experience for more than 5 years.


- Total 15 to 20 years of total solution selling experience.


- Commercially sound with a good understanding of profit & loss accounting and the influence of operating factors.


- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.-


- Highly motivated


- Good team management skills.


Job Offer - 

The opportunity to work with one of the largest OEM and EPC company in the solar industry, heading the entire solar sales business for them, handling the buiness vertical of approx 2500 Cr with 60-70 people reporting directly, role reporting directly to the founder.
