Business Unit Head - Sales - Healthcare

Would be responsible for day to day operations, business development and Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Oncology Business Unit of the hospital in line with strategic plans of center by effective utilization of resources to ensure quality patient care and effective doctor engagement methodologies

Review MIS: Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Review of marketing and business development activities/initiatives (with marketing Team)

Delegation and staff management:

Technical / Functional:

- Sound Knowledge of the hospital business, its functioning (how Oncology department works, procedures and dynamics of that area)

- Knowledge of various sub specialties in Oncology.

- Knowledge of various clinical issues

Operations management skills :

- Understanding of clinical pathways and quality of clinical activities

- Clinical orientation: Credentialing, continuous profiling of doctors.

Financial management skills :

- Ability to read and analyze balance sheets of the hospital

- Familiar with costs and costing procedures
