Business Unit Head - Sales - BFSI/Insurance/Financial Services
Designation - Business Unit Head (will be handling sales + support functions)
CTC : Upto 1.5 Cr
1. The candidate should be currently at National level.
2. He should have managed atleast 2 regions during his work tenure.
3. Current CTC should not be less than 60 LPA.(fixed)
4. Strictly from BFSI sector.
5. Should be a in between 1974 to 1978
Few things that have to be checked with the candidate, in respect to his role in last 3 organisations :
1. B2B/B2C role in detail.
2. Team size that the candidate has managed ( should not be less than 200+ members).
3. Revenue management.
JD :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
