Business Unit Head - P&L - Pharma

- P&L role to handle a large business unit with large revenue & team size

- Closely work with Leadership & Regional Teams

Client Details : 

- Client is a large Pharma MNC with global presence and a legacy in India

Job Description : 

- Drive National Sales & Marketing initiatives

- Set up alternative distribution channels for product

- Ability to handle large teams and also scale it up

- Work extensively with Regional brand teams to tailor make to India markets

- Selection, Assessment and Coaching and Motivating Team members, Managing their development requirement

- Carry out Identify New Opportunities in Market, Making appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through Market Intelligence

Profile : 

- Pharma candidates with 12-15 years of strong experience in Sales, Marketing & team management experience

- Have had previous P&L exposure (preferred) & worked in matrix environment

- High desire to grow and fast track career over with an Entrepreneural spirit
