Job Description


- Achieving and Budgeted sales targets for a mid complex organisation.


- Responsible for BU strategic direction in areas of Marketing and Sales and ensure fulfilment of objectives with Overall strategy.

Description

- Achievement of Sales Budget/BUC

- Making Budget and Sales Plans for short term and long term- Planning, Review and Control


- Formulating & Implementing Marketing Plans ( including policies of Distribution, Pricing) as per budget and forecast and delegation to team members, New Product Development


- Selection, Assessment and Coaching and Motivating Team members, Managing their development requirements and Salary requirements


- Identify New Opportunities in Market, Making appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through Market Intelligence


- Maintenance of continuous Customer contact, maintain smooth relationships with KOLs, understanding and fulfilling customer needs


Profile

- Science Graduate with a Post-Graduation in Marketing/Relevant Business Administration preferred

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Selling in a speciality organisation/BU
