Our client is a 25-year old org with 2000 employees across the globe. They are known for their IT-Service business as well as the Products they have for Cloud.
Job Description : -
- Lead the BU of currently consisting for 60+ folks
- Sales, Operations, Delivery and Marketing will be reporting to you
- Build and grow the clientele through a strong Sales strategy to be driven by your team
- Ensure strong delivery SLAs and maintain quality
- Drive Marketing strategy to ensure that the product is well-known as a leader
- Hire, train, mentor managers and ICs - Ensure that the team is strong
- Provide strategic support to the CEO and Board to ensure steady growth
The Successful Applicant : -
- 18-23 years of overall experience, majority in IT-Product/Services orgs
- Must have owned P&L, BU responsibility (not limited to sales only)
- Must have handled a P&L of 70-100 million USD or more
- Must have worked in the Cloud Ecosystem and have good connects
- Shouldn't have switched more than 7 companies during entire career
- Must be in the current company for the past 3 years or more
- Must have worked in a Tech role prior to doing sales/marketing
- Must be a B.Tech graduate from a good Engineering institute (BSc/B.Com/BBA, etc won't work unfortunately)
