Business Unit Head - IT

Job Description:

- We are looking for Looking for Business/Software Delivery profiles with 15-25 years experience to drive our rapid expansion plan.

- The person will work as business leader responsible to engage existing client, build strong relationship for new engagement, delivery and team management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading a team with complete P&L ownership, servicing multiple engagements with varied offerings.

- Actively supporting sales teams in new logo acquisition and solutions teams in designing innovative solution to business needs.

- Networking with senior stakeholders from the Industry and positioning company as a partner of choice.

- Leading pricing strategies, contract renewals and driving P&L in long term deals.

- Mentors project team members on best practices, including delivery and IT framework. Directs and assigns work activities and priorities.

- Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation.

- Participates in all phases of project development life cycle including requirement understanding, analysis, design, implementation and testing.

- Manages deliverables, quality and schedules for multiple projects. Develops the definition of project scope, schedule, goals, and deliverable as per the need.

- Communicates project status and escalates issues to direct managers and internal and external stakeholders.

- Responsible for the planning of short and long term strategy

- Creation and implementation of policies and objectives
