Business Unit Head - Healthcare Software/Services

BU Head

Purpose of the job:

- To grow the Healthcare SW service business both in terms of revenue and profitability by mining opportunities with current crop of customers as well as aggressively adding new logos.

- In addition, work under the guidance of the Group BU Head to develop and deploy solutions combining SW and Engineering Services as well as manufacturing.

Educational Qualification: BTech/ Mtech, MBA desirable

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in the healthcare domain managing the development of SW in a product or technology service organization.

- Ideal candidates should be currently working in P&L/Business Development space in role in Healthcare domain, specifically in the SW/Digital technologies

- Knowledge in Embedded Technologies a huge plus

- Ability to network & build relationships with technology/business leaders

- Ability to promote the company's capabilities verbally and in writing

- Ability to make effective business proposals

- Ability to manage multiple delivery teams

- Ability to track and manage financial performance
