Designation : Business Unit head - ICU or OR

Place of work : Chennai/ Mumbai/ Delhi

Products to be handled : Ventilators/ Monitors/ ECG/ Modular OT/ OT tables & Lights/ Physiotherapy/ Consumables for ICU and OR

Challenge :: To Build and Run a 100 crs ICU/OR vertical by 2015 with atleast 12 to 15 crs PAT delpoying Organic and Inorganic growth Strategies

Job Desciption ::::

- Implement a profitable approach to run ICU&OR vertical with 80% focus on Own Manufacturing and OEM initiatives

- Independently drive the Business Unit with focus on Cash Flow and Profits

- Design, Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Plan to position our client in value and premium segments of Ventilation/ Monitoring/ ECG/ PT and OR segments

- Use synergies of other divisions like Cardiology/Imaging and Diagnostics to drive Enterprise and Key Accounts Sales

- Work with MD's office and BD division to build a robust Product profile and Positioning stratrgy to become one of the Top 3 players in the Indian Market segment

KRA Year 1;;;;;

1. Implement the AOP FY 13 and run the division profitably with positive cash flow

2. New product development initiative

3. Establish All India visibility and presence through an innovative Marketing Campaign

4. Establish a strong and motivated Sales and Service team taking on from the current structute

The candidate should have:::

1. Atleast 10 years experience in the ICU/ OR instrumentation Selling and Marketing especially in Ventilators/ Monitoring and OR range

2. Key network and contacts amongst Top Hospital Decision Makers/ Intensivists/ anasethestist
and Purchase Heads of Top hospitals

3. Adequate experience in Key Accounts and Govt Tender handling
