Description:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan & the annual P&L that aligns with the company's overall mission and growth objectives.

Sales Push, Business Development & Marketing:

- Plan the growth of the identified Key Accounts on a Q-on-Q basis, as well as the initiatives required to ensure process-driven growth.

- Key Accounts should be planned on a case-to-case basis due to the complex nature of the accounts.

- Identify, allocate & pursue potential Key Accounts for future growth.

- Identify, establish, and deepen relationships with potential clients and strategic sales partners.

Market Awareness, Innovation and Product Development:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Adjust strategies as needed to maintain a leading position in the market

Operational Leadership & Tech Evangelist:

- Oversee daily operations of the Business Unit, including resource allocation, workflow optimisation, and ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining and setting higher quality standards.

Financial Management:

- Take full ownership of the division's financial performance, including revenue generation, and P&L

Talent Management:

- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of professionals

- Empower team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the division's success

Profile:

- Has managed a team of 50+

- Has owned end-to-end P&L for a minimum 3+ years

- Has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative selling to brands

- Comes with over 15+ years of experience
