GM Contract Staffing (Business Unit Head)

- You will be responsible for the P&L and the development & management of the team. Your span of control will include the Sales, Account, Delivery and operations teams.

- Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and business unit operations.

- Responsible for overall revenue generation for assigned business unit.

- Closely track sales team performance and conversion ratios and support them in enhancing their performance levels.

- Directly responsible for managing the performance of team members through necessary interventions and training.

- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

- Keep track of recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).

- Recommend ways to improve the Co's employer brand.

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

- Participate in job fairs and career events.

- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

- Work closely with customers to forecast their talent requirements.

- Win business for the company by on-boarding and winning new customers.

Business Development:

- Perform Market Research and find prospective leads as per the company's vision and mission.

- Spearheading business development activities like, promotion of the new products, finding new prospects, following up the payments and generating pipeline projects.

- Interact with variety of company stakeholders across industries/domains and build relationships with C-Level executives in prospective organizations.

- Work with leadership team to strategize growth plans.

- Monitor quality of prospects for revenue maximization.

- Deep understanding of Business development strategies and be able to build the right plans from initiation of concept to execution.

- Competition tracking and analysis. Capturing market intelligence.

- Conduct strategic business meetings with exclusive client-wise strategy.

- Able to perform high performance strategic business negotiations.

- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.

- Achieve revenue and strategic objectives as per the Organization's set mission and vision.

- Strategizing and presenting reports and trackers on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training and adherence.

- Spin a network and grapevine for repeat business and references from existing clients.

- Ability to design consistent efficient tracking tools to pursue business leads and business continuity.

- Negotiating and closing contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.

Client Management:

- Client and Delivery management for execution of mid and senior level mandates with complete ownership of client and candidate management.

- Leading and creating high-quality client's deliverables/documentation - role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation.

- Ability to strategize and design search methods and implement best practices.

- Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical.

- Lead and manage healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Building and leading the knowledge management tool for internal stakeholders.

- Lead, Mentor and direct recruiters & team leads to perform their daily work.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 20+ years of relevant experience in Contract Staffing, Business Development, Account Development & Relationship Management, Client Acquisition and Engagement.

2. Strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion.

3. Simplifier but at the same time things big, take smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box.

4. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.

5. Boundless energy and enthusiasm.

6. Excellent in Leadership Qualities.

7. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.

8. Flexible, approachable with a pleasant personality.

9. Must be good in interpersonal relations.

10. Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required.

11. Pleasant personality & excellent communication skills.

12. Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure.

13. Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities.

14. P & L Management (Must).

15. Strategic and Business Planning.
