EDGE Executive Search is seeking to identify a top quality Sales & Marketing professional to lead a Sales BU for one of the most exciting FMCG brands in the world. The company is known for strong career building and for moving good performers across functions, divisions and global locations.
THE ROLE:
- You will be expected to take up ownership of a large Business Unit and will define and execute strategy for long term business vision to deliver results. The responsibilities will involve wide and complex sales and distribution responsibilities – multiplicity of of distribution channels which include traditional trade as well as organized and modern trade. This role will also carry responsibility for client focused positioning and management of relationships with vendors and customers.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You must be an MBA preferably from a premier business school, with approximately 10 to 12 years of post MBA experience across sales and marketing in the FMCG domain. Large scale sales responsibility across a region or two or more states is essential.
A prior stint in Marketing and some experience in managing cross-functional reporting would be a great advantage. The essential requirement is for a dynamic individual who can pursue aggressive targets in a high-growth market.
