Business Unit Head - Employee Background Verification Business - Business Assurance Firm

The Company :

A leading Business Assurance Co HQ in South India

The Role :

- A key member of the Senior Mgmt team responsible for the P&L of the Employee Background Verification (EBV) business.

- Direct, promote and run the business operations in such a way that it meets the company mission and objectives.

- Develop, maintain and improve organisational efficiencies to optimise sales and revenue generation and maximise profitability.

Guideline on the role includes, but not limited to :

- Develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team.

- Review progress as compared to goals, budgets and targets and take necessary actions.

- Responsible for Client Acqusition, Client Engagement and Client Retention through effective network building, prospecting, conversion, effective service delivery and providing services that makes most business sense to the client.

- Market intelligence to tailor the services to the customer on a ongoing basis.

- Periodically review and create a Customer Development Organisation / Sales Organisation that stays relevant and effective.

- Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity

- Process and people leadership for the Business Unit.

The Person for the role :

- We are looking for you if you are a MBA from a reputed institution with around 15 years of experience in services industry with atleast the latest 10 years selling services to other businesses.

- Proven ability to reach out independently to decision makers at targeted customers and present and position the offerings effectively.

- Experience working in a ITES set up offering services to HR will be a plus.

- Existing connects with HR fraternity will be an added advantage.

- Role involves travel and hence willingess to travel is a must.
