Sales Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. - Identify and pursue high-value deals and strategic partnerships. II. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions. - Proactively address client concerns and feedback. III. Team Management: - Oversee and manage a cross-functional team, including sales, operations, and HR. - Set clear performance expectations and goals for each team member. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
