Business Unit Head - Automation Firm

Requirement :

- Someone who is heading a division in a large company that does Industrial automation work like our sister company CIMCON Automation (www.cimconautomation.com) or maybe someone who started a company and could not keep it going.

- Should have an engineering degree with an MBA preferably.

- Experience managing senior people and selling to the government. Having sold automation production or sold in smart city projects would be a plus.

- Good understanding of finance and people management is essential.

- Year of experience - 15+

- Entrepreneurial, sincere, hard worker, passionate i..e wants to do something in life.

- Has demonstrated success in growing a company

- Fund raising experience also very helpful but not necessary

Role & Responsibilities :

- Growing the business, get funding to scale up, and managing the entire Business unit
