We are Looking for Business Turnaround Specialist -

- They are looking at this role from a long term Prospective, someone who can help them to scale up the business, take the entire responsibility of India Business and grow it to next level.

- Someone who is a Business Turnaround Specialist, Entrepreneur bent of mind, vibrant, through a leader who can drive the business from the front and enable growing business into India & Other Asian markets.

- 15+ Years Experience in Heading Sales for Flavours / Food Prep / Food Ingredients / Fruit Plup / Fragrances / Ingredients, with a track record of turning around business, Premier B School Passout with Degree in Technology / Food Tech.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. To manage by monitoring and guiding the overall development of sales for India and neighboring countries, with the aim of volume, turnover, profit, and market share success.

2. Directly ensure key account management of some major clients.

3. Pilote, coordinate all support functions (procurement, supply chain, production- .) so that the vertical is getting more and more profitable and improve profitability constantly by the integration of the activities

4. Coordinates the proper market analysis and understanding - identify opportunities and define route to markets

5. Supervise, coach and guide Sales and NPD teams related to Business Unit

6. Visit clients with the rest of the teams as much as necessary to support them

7. Supervise and is finally responsible for sales forecast, budgets of Business Unit

8. Validate all sales offers and contracts prepared by the rest of the sales team

9. Supervises the R&D projects for new products and coordinates all department inside the company for successful launches

9. Prepare and update all sales policies and follow implementation after validation by Board if required
