Currently looking to hire for an organization, into Power transmission & Distribution as a part of Corporate Strategy team, position based in Kenya.
Job role :
Planning : Responsible for operational planning and execution of Transmission and Substation projects spread across 25 countries in Africa(Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Ivory Coast etc)
- Profile also includes participating in the Annual Business Planning and Budgeting exercise for the region
Business Performance : Conduct monthly review meetings with business head and help him analyze possible bottlenecks and their respective resolutions. Analyze monthly MIS, target achievement against budget and track individual projects for progress, revenue achievement and profitability
Supply chain Planning : Responsible for overseeing end to end supply chain planning including documentation, coordination with factories and lean inventory
Financial Savings : Incubation of ideas along with project teams to minimize execution wastages and increase project efficiency. Also, work on special project from MD Office pertaining to analysis of market trends, cost reduction and cash flow planning as and when required.
Working Capital Management : Work with commercial team to improve working capital management and reduce the overall DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) of the region
Looking for MBA premier institute pass out with 2 to 4 yrs exp into strategy consulting, B.tech's would be given preference. Candidates from Infrastructure companies or from consulting practice (infrastructure sector) would be the right fit profiles.
