Leadership opportunity for Business Transformation Strategy _Bangalore

QUALIFICATION : Graduate/Post- graduate in any stream with experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry

Location : Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities :

Responsible for creating and managing the strategy vision for the Business Transformation team and drive creation of centre of excellence for top 4-5 strategic initiatives with the below list of responsibilities :

- Design, deliver and measurable success of transformation capability center of excellence's (CoE) strategy, ensuring that it complements team and organization's goals.

- Conceptualize and productize new business solutions as part of the capability CoE in areas like Standardization, Harmonization, Automation, Data mining, Talent management etc.

- Hands on experience in DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS, LEAN, Lean management (Lean-guardrails, intra-lean etc.). Focus on identifying the best fit technology/solution for all COE business solutions like data mining etc. and the work on incubation of those solutions and the right framework to use / implement these solutions.

- Proficient with various hypothesis test viz 1 sample T, 2 Sample T test, 1-wayANOVA, regression and correlation. Test of equal variance, 2 Sample sign test, Mann Whitney, moods median test etc.

- Ability to breakdown End to End process to identify continuous improvement opportunities and create CI/PI roadmap and perform baselining across the value chain

- At least have conducted 5 lean and 2 six sigma workshops independently to improve bottom line performance.

- Lean six sigma black belt/ green belt trained. Certifications would be preferred

- Domain Understanding of 1 out of the following would be essential ; F&A, Supply Chain, Telecom, Health & Pharma, HR, Order Management.

- Ideal candidate should have worked across multiple domains for his Process Excellence role.
