In this role, you have the opportunity to Manage the business transformation portfolio of programs in line with BG or market's needs. Member of the Market or BG Leadership Team. You are responsible for : - Enable and coach performance improvements of the top priority business goals as determined by the market or BG's leadership team (e.g. OIT, Sales, WoCa) to achieve operational excellence. - Enable and coach the market's or BG's selected - must win battles- (where applicable through the Hoshin planning) - Single point of contact and gatekeeper in the market or BG driving the planning, coordination and execution of all business transformation programs and projects (both local priorities and global programs such as the E2E foundation). work with the central teams to set the right priorities and sequence based on the business objectives and the level of maturity in the market. - Role model of continuous improvement mindset, advocate of daily management, problem solving and other key CI techniques. - Act as the custodian of the PBS in the market or BG - Ensure that business transformation sticks in the market through strong change management, embedding a strong continuous improvement mindset and sharing of best practices within and across the markets and BGs Your key deliverables : - Market Financial Targets shared with the BG or Market MT - Install a learning organization in the market driving BMC performance through continuous improvement. - Business impact based on agreed KPIs. - Integrated market business transformation roadmap of local and global priorities - Value realized through Continuous Improvement initiatives - Highly effective team that is resourced, motivated, trained and coached.
