- Responsible for leading the planning and execution of entire Post Merger Transition strategy and transformation initiatives across the functions for Organization.
- Lead and Execute Business Transformation initiatives.
- Create framework for future probable Integrations and Acquisitions, to facilitate smooth transitions in business processes and teams
- Analyzing different business processes and work on improving business models.
- Work with external consultants and internal cross functional teams to drive initiatives within organization for improvement of critical business objectives.
- Communicating regularly with business line leadership, project teams and key stakeholders regarding project status and opportunities for additional initiatives.
