Title: Business System Consultant

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- EIT Offshore Transitions In-Take Requests & Assessment process - a centralized in-take request process for all EIT offshore transitions requiring legal and risk approvals, coordinating the completion of required strategic assessments, consulting on opportunities for transition efficiencies, ensuring hand-off to transition management, identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Legal, Risk and Recruitment Clearinghouses - gathering statistics and data points used in Legal, Risk and Recruitment clearinghouses meetings, ensuring updated transition information in SharePoint trackers and managing governance functions, including tracking, alerting and reporting on compliance to Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) for key transitions milestones.

Skills:

- Business process improvement/redesign experience

- Skilled in reporting, metrics and analytics

- Proficiency with SharePoint administration, design and development

- Experience with Content Management and Governance

- Ability to work additional hours as needed
