Business System Analyst - IT

The "Business system analyst" is responsible for supporting and developing Company's enterprise application for Resource, Portfolio and Project Management. This position is based out of Noida, India and offers the opportunity to work in a globally distributed team where the candidate will get a unique opportunity of personal development in a multi-cultural environment. Main responsibilities:

- Understand business processes and collaborate with the Product Owner and end users

- Analyze and document business requirements in the RPPM domain

- Design and coordinate development of new processes, features and automated regression tests

- Create user and support documentation

- Support and validate platform upgrades

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support

- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of application features, support processes and promote best practices

- Collaboration with other Company IT teams and suppliers

Job qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written English proficiency

- Ability to collaborate with a global team

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive and supportive self-starter

- Experience in data and information analysis and system integration

- Experience in functional and technical application management.

- Basic SQL and Java knowledge.

- ITIL Knowledge and familiar with SAFe methodology

- Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience

- RPPM, new product introduction process knowledge preferred
