Business Strategy Role - Wealth Management Firm - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Career Opportunity with leading Wealth Management company

Key responsibilities include:

- Help manage cross-functional strategic planning, leading conversations with key business stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives

- Develop initiatives into detailed project plans including roadmap creation and resource planning

- Effectively prioritize agendas and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs

- Perform both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations for short term as well as long term strategy

- Identify, track and manage program level risks and issues. Serve as an escalation point to resolve program issues, remove roadblocks, formulate contingency plans and communicate status to programs executive leadership team

Key requirements include -

- Strong stakeholder management, project planning and execution skills to prioritise multiple tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items

- Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically on both strategic and operational projects

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

- Excellent Communication, presentation and research skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- 1 to 3 years' experience in project management, corporate strategy, or strategic consulting

- Exposure to wealth management space will be a plus
