Business Strategy Role - M&A - BFSI

- The M&A capability focuses on Pre- and Post- Merger work like target screening, synergy assessment, post-merger integration and portfolio interventions.

- Experience in multiple stages of the merger and acquisition life cycle, specially focused on Due Diligence and Post Merger planning and/or execution experience

- Experience in technology strategy/advisory role in majority of the following areas: processes, governance, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security

- Ability to identify gaps and risk associated with integration, maturity and enablement and provide recommendations risk mitigation in the M&A context

- Adept at financial analysis and reporting, market analysis, and gathering competitive intelligence, especially around M&A activity

- Joint Venture and Divestiture planning and execution experience is a bonus
