Business Strategy Role - Electric Automotive Firm

1. Being instrumental in devising long term strategy with CEO and COO.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional team to formulate synergized strategy with internal team.

3. Instrumental in preparation of key management reports and presentation on Annual Business Plan, Quarterly reviews, Monthly performance reports.

4. Project Coordination for cross functional projects like new product launches, data analysis / automation project.

5. Analysis of monthly & quarterly business performance to gain strategic insights.

6. Preparing market entry strategies through competitor benchmarking, mapping of industrial trends, analysis of financial models and market research.

7. Directly reporting to CEO and COO for coordinating on business strategy.
