Business Strategy Role - Digital Business

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Helm new cross-functional initiatives, e.g. pricing strategy, value proposition articulation, partnerships, customer research etc. working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Engineering teams

- Analyse, structure and solve select business problems within various teams.

- For variously assigned deliverables, collect requisite data, derive insights, present findings, collect takeaways, iterate and repeat if requested.

- Make sure that strategic initiatives are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Establish new connections, figure our best practices, and make inroads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation and presentation of facts, data analysis, gaining insights etc.

- Develop and maintain a system for information storage and retrieval so that it can be accessed quickly and routinely.

- Accompany Lead, Strategic Initiatives to strategic meetings and ensure maintain minutes of the meetings, as well as follow-ups with stakeholders post the meeting.

- Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CBO and Lead, Strategic Initiatives which includes the preparation and routing of e-mails, presentation decks, ad- hoc data requests etc.

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with limited guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and switch gears at a moment's notice

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.A./B.Comm. etc.) or MBA from a Tier 1 College

- 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, or relevant experience in program management

- Demonstrated record of problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills

- Location: Bangalore (currently WFH)
