Business Strategy/Corp Development/Investor relations/CFO Office - Fintech Firm - IIT/IIM/ISB

Our client is a fast-growing Series C, Fintech startup backed by leading VC/PE firms. They are looking for a Business & Strategy to assist the CFO's office and be part of the team driving corporate strategy and investor relations.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the CFO to help create and lead the financial strategy for the business to achieve its strategic and growth objectives.

- Assist CFO in institutionalizing people management and org structure, and contributing to shaping strategies across the teams.

- Ideate, plan, and oversee the implementation of new ideas and business-critical projects.

- Tracking industry as well as peer performances and benchmarking with best-in-class companies.

- Build capital allocation models to balance growth v/s profitability.

Qualifications and Experience Required :

- Must have 3-5 years of experience with top tier consulting firms (MBB) and Top investment banks or private equity firms.

- IIT / MBA from top tier - IIM/ISB (Batch of 17/18/19)

- Strong Communication skills
